It comes Bluetooth enabled and has a noise reduction rating of 23 decibels. They have full dynamic range, high definition speakers, and are tuned for natural clarity.
Warbird’s Intrepid BT has an ultra fast response time of 2 milliseconds, ensuring you hear everything you need and nothing that you don’t. They have a fairly low profile fit, which aids in shooting your modern sporting rifles, or from the bench. The gel covered ear seals are both comfortable, as well as forgiving to wearing eye glasses or a hat, though both at the same time can be troublesome with total isolation and noise reduction.
This set of ears has 3 modes of operation, depending on your situation. You can have it set to Bluetooth only mode if you want to listen to music or a podcast. Hearing Protection Only mode allows for its two omnidirectional microphones to pick up and amplify ambient sounds, all while cutting out any loud sounds, such as a gunshot, or even closing the bolt on your AR-15. Lastly, you can have Bluetooth + Hearing Protection, which blends the two modes. This allows you to have your tunes playing in the background while also tuning in to ambient noises.
